The builder

Red Deer roots.
Two continents of craft.

The biggest risk in a renovation isn’t the lumber — it’s the person swinging the hammer. Will they stick around? Will they ghost you after the deposit?

I was born and raised here in Red Deer, and I spent fifteen years learning this trade the long way — working alongside master builders on Vancouver Island and in Australia, in building cultures that care more about the joint you can’t see than the one you can. Then I brought it all home.

This company is small on purpose. I quote every job, I build every job, and I’m there from the first cut to the final walk-through. When the tools are down, you’ll find me in the river valley with my family — this is home, and I build like it. Every project is a house someone’s kids grow up in. That’s the standard.

The honest blueprint

How I work — and why you won’t get burned.

You’ve heard the horror stories. Here’s the opposite, in writing.

01 No ghosting

I run a one-man operation on purpose. When you call, I answer. If I’m on a ladder, you get a text right away and a callback the same evening.

02 A clear, written quote

No handshake estimates that double halfway through. You get a detailed, line-item scope and a firm number before a single tool comes off the truck.

03 The builder is the name

The big shops sell you an estimator and send a junior crew. My name is on the company, and I’m the one building your project — day one to hand-off.

Let’s discuss your build.

A few details is all it takes. I’ll review your scope and call you back — usually the same day.

Straight to Jon’s phone — never a call centre.
Got it —

Thanks. I’ll look it over and call you back, usually same day.
